New Golf Clinics Available Now
Golf Professional James Briggs will be hosting a number of short game clinics in the coming weeks providing the opportunity for members and visitors to sharpen up their short game skills in a group environment. Attend as a once off or book in to multiple sessions! Each clinic is dedicated to a different area of short game including:

Each session is limited to 6 participants ensuring you have plenty of one on one time with James. Each session costs $30 per person and bookings are essential.

2022 Men’s Foursomes Championship Entries Open
Entries are now open for the 2022 Men’s Foursomes Championship scheduled for Saturday 8th & 15th October 2022.
Entry fee of $28 per pair is payable upon entry providing daily competition fees for both rounds of the Championship for both players. The pair recording the best gross score over two rounds will be crowned the Foursomes Champions.

Format:
- The Foursomes Championship is a stroke play event where 2 players play as partners and use one ball.
- Each hole is completed by alternate shots.
- Penalties do not affect the order of play.
- The Foursomes Champions will be the players who return the best (lowest) gross aggregate score; the Nett Champions will be the players who return the best handicapped score. The same team is permitted to win the nett and the gross events.
Playing Conditions:
Played: Over 36 holes (2 x 18-hole rounds)
Order of Play: Players shall alternate tee shots, but do not have to change order for the second round.
Course: Blue
Tees: Rounds may commence from either the 1st or 10th tees.
Times: Tee times will be available in both the morning and afternoon – round 1.
Booking: Pre-booking for those playing in the Men’s and Mixed Championships will assist in smooth running of event.
Entry Fee: Must be paid prior to the First Round.
Handicaps: For the Nett Championship, handicaps in place for the first round will be used for each round, including any play-offs.
Handicaps will be half the combined handicaps of the team – exactly (no rounding to the next whole number)
Final Round: The final round will be played in the afternoon (from 11:30am). A “seeded draw” will be in place.
Ties: In the event of a tie in Gross events there will be a sudden death playoff, using holes #1and #9 in rotation until a winner is determined.
In the event of a tie in the Net event a countback – using GA guidelines – will decide the winner.

The Scramble returned after a 3 year hiatus and proved extremely popular with a strong field of 120 players enabling the top two teams to advance to the regional finals.

School Holiday Golf Program
Junior’s aged 6-15 can join PGA Professional James Briggs for a fun and instructional school Holiday Golf sessions in the first and/or second week of the holidays!
Participants will receive expert golf tips and coaching, participate in fun games and activities.
