The Country Club was established in 1974 situated a short 35 minute drive from Melbourne's CBD at the foothills of the Dandenong Ranges and Yarra Valley. Our Clubhouse sits on 146 acres of rolling hills with panoramic views of the Yarra Valley. The geographic area served by our Club is rapidly expanding residental hub within the Shire of Yarra Ranges.
The demographics of our Club patrons are extremely vast. Who enjoy socail aspects we have to offer and use our club as a venue for catching up with friends, spending an evening out or partaking in recreation. We also have a strong patron base from young families who enjoy the Bistro specials and whom encourage their children to take part in our sports programs.
Chirnside Park Country Club is a hidden gem with facilities to suit everybody’s needs including 18 hole Golf Course, Tennis Courts, Bowling Rinks, Entertainment Lounge, Function Facilities, Bars and Bistro.
The Club is a versatile comfortable venue with multi-purpose function rooms to suit every occasion. We are able to cater for functions up to 450 guests. In addition to our large function room we also smaller conference rooms, Which can be used as private dining rooms or meeting rooms.
Our Club offers members and guests the use of our 18 hole golf course, including practice putting green, chipping area, bunker and nets. Competitions are run nearly every day of the week and is open to public. Our Tennis Courts are all floodlit, and we have a tennis professional available for coaching, clinics and repairs. Our bowling facilities offer 2 eight rink greens. The bowling greens are ajoined by the bowls pavilion, which has bar, change room and storage faciliteis. Golf, Tennis and Lawn Bowls have memberships, coaching, junior programs and social activities available.
The club has a fully licensed bistro and alfresco dining area which is open for lunch and dinner 7days. With a full a'lacarte menu, Seniors meals and childrens menu which are also available 7 days. The Bistro has a very tranquil atmosphere as the room is walled with large windows which look out over the golf course and panoramic views of the Yarra Valley.
